Online Pet Portal
The client portal will be checked on up until 8 pm each evening. If you have a request or cancellation, it can be done on the portal and will be reviewed by 8:30 am the following day. We will view our schedules and see how we can accommodate your needs. Please allow us some time to do so. A response will be sent via the email used to register for the portal. Text messaging a request will no longer be avail unless it is an emergency situation.
Cancellation Policies
• Either party may terminate the Dog Walking Contract a minimum of 24 hours prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages. This applies to our thirty minute daily dog walking service only. A minimum of 72 hours prior to the first scheduled visit is required for our forty five minute pet sitting service. Less than 72 hours notice of a cancellation of a pet sitting service will result in a 25% surcharge of the total amount due. During a holiday, the pet sitting service will require a 7 day in advance cancellation. Less than 7 days notice during a holiday will result in a full service charge at the rate listed on our client portal.
• Cancellation by the Owner of scheduled daily/weekly walks with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged at the full rate.
Additional Services/Holidays
• Additional fee for key pick up and drop off
• Additional fee per Holiday visit. Holidays include:
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
